Instructions for Video Submission

STEP 1: You MUST send us the following Producer information by e-mail to Submissions@youmadeamovie.com to receive payment for your work.

1. Last Name
2. First Name
3. Address
4. Phone Number (optional)
5. Age
6. Name of video
7. Length of video
8. File size of video
9. Video Filename (Please name your file with your First and Last name, followed by an underscore, and then the full name of your movie. {Example: JohnDoe_BalloonArtistry.mpg})
10. Please attach a still picture from your movie to the e-mail (the picture will be shown in our movie catalog).
11. In 25 words or less, describe your movie.
12. Price for download ($2 to $10 in whole dollar increments)
13. Payment preference
    An e-mail address to send payment by PayPal
    or
    An address to send payment by check.
